Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. Providers in the network agree to wait for payment while your claim is open. The payment terms are explained before your first visit.
Do I need health insurance?
No. Scheduling does not depend on having health insurance.
Do I need a lawyer to get scheduled?
No. You can be scheduled with or without a lawyer. If you ask, we can put you in touch with an independent law firm, and the choice is yours.
Is IPIC a clinic or a law firm?
Neither. IPIC is a case management network. Medical care is delivered by independently licensed providers, and IPIC does not give legal advice.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Se habla español. Coordinators help in English and Spanish.
When can I call?
Any time. Coordinators answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What does it cost a law firm to refer a client?
Nothing. There is no charge to referring firms.
